Opportunity to Contribute to Stroke Research

Emma Gregg, OTD, OTR/L is looking for participants for research for her PhD dissertation...

I am a PhD candidate at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. I am looking for participants for my dissertation work aimed at understanding identity in adults who have had an acquired brain injury (e.g. TBI, stroke). Participation in the study includes completing a one-time, online survey, with the option to participate in a follow-up focus group. After completing the survey, you can enter a raffle to win one of two $25 gift cards, and all focus group participants will receive a $25 gift card for their time. Please see the flyer attached and contact me (ergregg@uw.edu) if you are interested or have additional questions. Thank you for your consideration!

Hi Friends, Our May Meeting is Tuesday, May 12th! It will be a casual potluck event where we can get to know each other better. You will have the opportunity to interact with therapists from the acute care, inpatient rehab (IRC), and outpatient settings. Sandy and Caroline have a conflict that evening and Melissa is in the midst of graduation season with many school activities, so the usual crew will not be there. It will be a great opportunity to meet more of the VHC Health team! May Meeting...
